Refunds and Exchanges
As most products created by Revamped New York are custom made, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer exchanges for other products.


We have a 14-day exchange only policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only for the products you've purchased.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at revamped.newyork@yahoo.com or on Instagram @revamped.ny. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping Policy
As most products created by Revamped New York are custom made, please understand that it may take up to 3 weeks for your items to ship. Items may be available for expedition (based on availability). Please reach out to us at 
revamped.newyork@yahoo.com or on Instagram @revamped.ny to inquire about expediting an order. Additional fees may apply.
